1 family size brownie mix
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 egg
Mix ingredients. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes. Top with topping below.
Topping - I do not have quantities as I just do what looks good that day:
caramel ice cream topping
chocolate chips
pecans
Cool completely!
