1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped nuts
2 packages chocolate instant pudding
2 cups milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cool whip
chocolate candy bars for shredding
Blend flour, butter and chopped nuts. Press mixture into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes. Combine pudding and milk. Set aside. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip. Take crust out of oven and let cool. Pour 2/3 of cream cheese mixture into cooled crust. Smooth pudding mix over cream cheese. Spread the rest of the cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Refrigerate and serve.
