1/2 cup salted butter, softened
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (10 oz) package Andes baking chips
2 2/3 cup all purpose flour
Blend butter, sugar, baking soda, vanilla and eggs until mixed. Stir in Andes baking chips and flour. Chill 1 hour. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls (slightly flattened). Raise oven rack one level above middle and bake on non-stick pan. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes.
