1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 oz chopped green chilies
1 quart cottage cheese, large curd
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
10 eggs, beaten
Mix cheese, green chilies and cottage cheese. Add flour and baking powder. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well greased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400* and another 30 minutes at 350*.
