1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 can crescent rolls
Combine Ricotta, Italian seasoning and salt. Stir in all other ingredients (except rolls). Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; seal perforations. Spread cheese mixture over rectangles to within 1/4 inch of edge. Roll up beginning with short side. Cut each into 4 slices. Bake on greased pan, cut side down for 10-15 minutes.
Optional: spoon warmed pizza sauce over after baking
