Cabbage Casserole

1 medium head cabbage, cooked

In separate pan mix:
1/2 lb Velveeta
1/2 stick butter
2 1/2 Tbsp flour
3/4 cup milk
Cook until creamy.

Pour cabbage into a casserole dish. Pour cream mixture over cabbage.

In another bowl, melt:
1 stick butter
Crumble 1 stack saltine crackers in butter and spread over cream and cabbage.

Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
