Crock Pot Enchiladas

1 lb ground beef
chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
shredded cheese
taco sauce (or salsa)
tortillas

Brown meat and onion together. Mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, grated cheese and taco sauce. Layer in following order: meat, soup mixture, tortillas...making 2 layers. Slow cook for 1 hour.
