Cowboy Caviar

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/2 medium chopped onion
1/4 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapenos (I buy the alread chopped Ortega in a can)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 cup Italian dressing
3/4 cup chopped cilantro

Mix beans, peas, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and jalapenos in a large bowl. Season with garlic salt. Add dressing and cilantro. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve with chips.
