Lemon Blueberry Muffins/Cake

1 lb butter
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
4 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk
2 tsp pure lemon extract
2 cups blueberries
1 tsp grated lemon zest

Cream butter and sugar with mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder. Mix together with milk and extract. Add dry ingredients and wet ingredients to butter mixture - alternately beginning and endign with dry mix by hand. Fold in blueberries and lemon zest. Bake at 350* in muffin pan or bundt pan until set.
