3/4 cup margarine
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped bell pepper
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of celery
1-2 cans water
2 cups raw rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 - 2 lbs cleaned shrimp
Melt margarine in 9x13 pan. Add onion, pepper, tomatoes, soup, water and rice. Mix. Add salt, pepper and shrimp. Stir. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove cover. Bake 30 more minutes.
