1 head cabbage, finely shredded
1 onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup sugar
"little bit of honey" (in quotes because that is what he said)
sliced/diced sausage or ham
olive oil
In pan, heat olive oil. Add onion and meat. Saute' until onions are cooked. Continue cooking on low and cabbage, sugar and honey. Cook slowly until cabbage is done. This will have a caramel color.
