2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 lb boneless, center-cut pork loin roast, trimmed
1/2 cup prepared BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 425*. Coat a wire rack and shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.
Combine the sugar, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Rub the spice mixture over the pork to coat. Set the pork on the rack in the roasting pan and roast for 45-55 minutes, until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 150*. Remove from the oven. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the barbecue sauce.

This sounds wonderful Amy. My family loves pork so I have to try this recipe on them. I am new to your blog, but I'll definitely be back. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary
