Best Burgers

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 hamburger buns

Prepare grill for cooking. Combine beef with parsley, onion powder, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl; mix lightly but not thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2 inch thick burgers.
Place burgers on grill. Grill, covered, over medium heat 8-10 minutes for medium or until desired doneness is reached, turning halfway through grilling.
Remove from grill. Place burgers on buns and top with desired burger toppings.
