1 lb ground beef, cooked & drained
1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
1 can Grands biscuits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Ranch dressing for dipping
Combine cooked beef with buffalo sauce. Roll out biscuits into 6-inch circles. Put 1-1 1/2 Tbsp of meat mixture onto one half of each circle. Top with 2 Tbsp cheese. Fold over other side of circle. Pinch to seal firmly. Bake at 375* for 12-14 minutes.
