Georgia Chicken Casserole

6-8 chicken breasts
16 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
salt/pepper to taste
small box Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter, melted

Boil chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper together. Add to chicken; mix. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Crumble crackers. Sprinkle over top. Pour butter over crackers. Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes.
