Meat loaf has never really been one of my favorites but I have found two that I really enjoy...this is one of them!
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp dry mustard
minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup catsup
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients and put in loaf pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with sauce (recipe follows). Bake at 350* for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Sauce:
1 cup catsup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
Mix well.
