Popcorn Cake

1 gallon popped popcorn
1 lb marshmallows
1 lb peanut M&M's
1 lb mixed nuts
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup butter

Heat oil and butter in large saucepan. Add marshmallows until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and pack into bundt pan. Let cool.
