Jalapeno Popper Dip

2 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz can green chilies
2 oz jalapenos, pickled and finely chopped

Mix all together. Put in a small casserole dish. Mix together plain bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, Melba toast, French loaf, bagel crisps, etc.
